Authors' Night

The annual TCLR Author's Night, which aims to help students improve their legal writing skills, will be on Tuesday November 24 at 7pm in the Westin Hotel.

Guest speakers include :

Dr Stephen Foster, Editor of the Coventry University Law Journal and author of "How to Write Beter Law Essays"

Dr Carol Coulter, Legal Affairs Editor of the Irish Times, and lecturer of law

Professor Des Ryan LL.B. (Dub.), B.C.L. (Oxon.), Barrister-at-Law (King's Inns), a Lecturer in Law in Trinity College Dublin.

Distinguished Speakers Series

The Distinguished Speakers Series will take place on Tuesday 15 December 2009 at 7pm, in the Robert Emmett Theatre, Arts Block. The focus of the event will be Comparative Constitutional Law.

Mark Tushnet, a leading scholar in constitutional law and William Nelson Cromwell Professor at Harvard Law School, will be speaking about the US American perspective

Gerard Hogan, prominent scholar in Irish constitutional law, Senior Counsel and former lecturer of constitutional law at Trinity College Dublin, willl be speaking from an Irish perspective.

Volume XIII Launch

Volume XVIII will be launched on Tuesday 23 February 2010 in the Long Library of Trinity College Dublin.
